100% NON-COMBUSTABLE LAMINATED ALUMINIUM FAÇADE PANEL
Exinclad is uniquely composed of two aluminium laminations of 1mm A3003-H24 aluminium and 1.5mm A5052-H18 aluminium delivering the advantage of combined tensile strengths into the one panel. The lamination of two alternate tensile strengths results in greater overall tensile strength to single skin solid aluminium. Exintech’s laminated 2.5 mm aluminium panel exceeds the tensile strength of single layer solid 4 mm aluminium panel. Exinclad’s unique double fold laminated edging integrating high tensile aluminium provides increased panel strength and superior strength to weight ratio than other solid aluminium facade panels.
Exintech’s Chemical Heat Fusion (CHF) technology fuses in a dual lamination process which provides a non-combustible seal at the panel edge. Exintech’s CHF technology processes coil rolled aluminium through staged rolling and heating chambers over an in-line distance of 200 meters ensuring absolute consistency of panel sheeting and a superior final finish.
The impervious seal created through CHF technology and high-quality Fluoropolymer (PVDF) coating ensures high resistance to flame penetration and the harsh effects of the natural environment.
Advanced Aluminium Panel Technology:
Exinclad panels are considerably lighter in weight to other solid aluminium and aluminium composite claddings. Exinclad’s lightweight properties ensure panels are easily handled on site and installation is fast and efficient.
The panel weight of Exinclad 2.5mm is 6.0kg/m² which compares favourably to 4mm solid aluminium panels that weigh 8.1kg/m².
Exinclad can be cut to size and grooved using industry standard equipment and machinery designed for fabricating Aluminium Composite and solid aluminium panels. Exinclad’s high tensile aluminium improves the fabrication process and minimises router cutter blockage.
Exinclad is compliant to the National Construction Code of Australia (NCC) as a Deemed-to-satisfy (DTS) non – combustible solution for new buildings and re-cladding applications.
Exinclad façade material has successfully passed stringent evaluation by Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO)
Exinclad must be authorised for use by relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with the Australian National Construction Code (NCC) or other regulatory bodies as required by law prior to use.
